Placing an Order:
To place an order online, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the product(s) page.  When you have finished shopping, click on the “checkout” key, and follow instructions.

Payment Methods:
Killymoon Bespoke Living Ltd accepts VISA, MasterCard and Maestro/Switch . In the interests of customer security, we may require proof of identification for credit/debit card sales. All  prices include shipping charges.  Full payment is required upon order placement, and in advance of production.  Products may only be paid for in Pounds Sterling at present. 

Shipping time:
Estimated shipping time for all orders is usually under 28 days but this can vary depending on your own particular requirements.  All products are offered inclusive of free Irish delivery - there are no hidden costs with any orders placed with us.

Delivery:
Deliveries will only be to the shipping address stated in the order confirmation. We will deliver your goods to your room of choice and remove all packaging. Most deliveries are carried out by our own Lorries or those from a partner company. We may from time to time dispatch goods with a third party carrier. We will be unable to deliver your goods to your room of choice if this is the case.
 
Returns Policy:
All goods are made to order so therefore we are unable to accept any returns.
 
Order Cancellation:
Order cancellations outside of 7 days are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% provided that no products have not gone into production and are not delivered.
 
Delivery Damage:
All goods should be inspected upon delivery. All damage must be reported at point of delivery.
 
Hidden Damage:
Shipments must be examined upon arrival. Damage claims are the sole responsibility of the customer after departure of the courier.
